IOF troops advance into Nablus and kidnap alleged Jihad member

NABLUS (PIC)– Five IOF vehicles invaded at an early hour Sunday south of Nablus city and Til town and stormed and ransacked a number of houses and buildings and kidnapped a young man alleged to be affiliated with the Islamic Jihad according to local sources.

The IOF troops had stormed on Saturday the Jenin refugee camp and shot a young Palestinian woman in the shoulder during breaking into and ransacking a number of houses in the camp.

In addition one day after the death of a Palestinian at the Halhoul checkpoint near Al-Khalil the IOF troops invaded on Saturday Yatta town south of Al-Khalil and clashed with Palestinian young men there firing tear gas and sonic bombs in addition to shooting live bullets while the youths used stones and empty bottles.

In retaliation to their persistent attempts to advance into the city of Khan Younis south of the Gaza Strip the Qassam Brigades the armed wing of the Hamas Movement managed to fire fifteen mortar shells at a number of Israeli armored vehicles and troops east of Khan Younis Saturday evening according to a military report issued by the Brigades which also warned against any attempt to invade any area in the Gaza Strip.
