JENIN (PIC)– IOF troops at dawn Monday stormed the village of Qabatiya Jenin district and arrested four Palestinians including two Islamic Jihad activists and wounded a young man in his head.
Local sources said that IOF soldiers mounting 40 armored vehicles broke into the town and burst into many houses in search of resistance activists.
They said that the soldiers arrested four Palestinians including two brothers and two Quds Brigades (Jihad) members. The soldiers’ indiscriminate shooting hit a young man in his head the sources elaborated.
In Nablus three other Palestinians were rounded up at different suburbs of the city after blasting their way into civilian homes.
Meanwhile Palestinian resistance continued to retaliate to the IOF ceasefire violations firing a number of home made rockets from the Gaza Strip.
Israeli police said that a number of rockets slammed into western Negev and one fell near a strategic installation in the coastal city of Ashkelon and caused material damage but no casualties.
Israeli premier Ehud Olmert announced in a speech on Monday that his patience had limits and that he would not tolerate for long the fall of Palestinian missiles on Israeli targets from the Gaza Strip.
