JENIN (PIC)– IOF soldiers at dawn Tuesday assassinated two Palestinian resistance activists affiliated with the Quds Brigades the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Jenin city.
Dozens of IOF armored vehicles stormed the a suburb north of the city at the early hours of Tuesday and encircled a building under heavy presence of Apache gunships.
The IOF troops clashed with the two Quds activists for a few hours after they refused to surrender and killed them.
Local sources said that one of them was Khaled Al-Rayek 42 who was wanted for the IOF for many years and was one of the field commanders of the Quds Brigades in Tulkarm. The other was identified as Mohammed Jawabra 23. Jawabra was an associate of Rayek and hailed from Kufur Ra’ee village Jenin district.
The two martyrs’ bodies were mutilated in the attack.
The Hebrew service of radio Israel said that one of the IOF officers was moderately wounded in the operation.
