JENIN (PIC)– IOF troops on Wednesday assassinated two Palestinian members of the Quds Brigades the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Seelat Al-Harthiya west of Jenin city after besieging them in a deserted house.
Local sources said that IOF soldiers mounting more than 20 armored vehicles stormed the village along with a huge tractor under air cover and encircled a deserted house where the two activists were entrenched.
They said that the invading forces fired incendiary and smoke bombs at the house and demolished a big part of it before engaging in violent clashes with the two activists until their martyrdom.
The sources identified the two as Salah Sawafte and Hussam Eisa while the nine-year-old boy Oday Jaradat was hit in the IOF intensive firing with a bullet in the head.
The IOF soldiers withdrew from the village after taking with them the 50-year-old Dirar Al-Saadi and Ashraf Jaradat.
