IOF troops detain teen for allegedly planning assault

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (PIC)– Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Tuesday night detained a 17-year-old Palestinian boy at the Qalandia roadblock north of occupied Jerusalem for allegedly planning to attack one of them.

The Hebrew radio claimed that the teen whose name was not given had confessed to planning to attack an IOF soldier with a knife that was in his possession.

Meanwhile IOF troops on Tuesday raided Saida and Allar villages north of Tulkarem and rounded up three Palestinian citizens including a former detainee and her brother.

Local sources said that the liberated prisoner Najwa Awni and her brother Salah were kidnapped from Saida while Majdi Jaibat was rounded up from Allar.

Najwa was released from Israeli occupation jails a while ago and she is the sister of two martyrs affiliated with the Quds Brigades the armed wing of Islamic Jihad Movement.
 
On Wednesday IOF troops kidnapped four citizens in Nablus district and launched large-scale search campaign in Wadi Hasan Jenin district but no arrests were reported.
In Um Al-Faham occupied in 1948 Israeli occupation police kidnapped 19 persons from Souk Al-Saadi who among other people were protesting the police’s demolition of the Souk for the second time in a week.
