GAZA (PIC)– IOF troops on Wednesday killed a Palestinian citizen in Beit Lahia northern Gaza Strip and kidnapped many others in Nablus and Al-Khalil cities.
According to local sources the IOF troops riddled the body of a 34-year-old man after opening intensive gunfire at him north of Beit Lahia.
Other local sources in Nablus city in the West Bank mentioned that IOF troops kidnapped at dawn Wednesday three Palestinian young men after a raid on a number of houses in the Salem town in addition to kidnapping two brothers at the Hawara checkpoint.
Israeli special forces had rounded up Tuesday evening three farmers east of Beit Hanoun north of the Gaza Strip in addition to shooting a Palestinian man in his leg west of Al-Khalil.
Also in Al-Khalil three Palestinians were kidnapped at the hands of IOF soldiers in the city and in Edhna town.
These Israeli escalations have come in the aftermath of the IOA ongoing threats to wage a large-scale military incursion into the Gaza Strip at the pretext of thwarting the firing of Palestinian resistance missiles.
IOF troops kill 60 Palestinians this year:
Meanwhile a statistics report revealed that IOF troops had killed 22 Palestinian citizens in the past month of April which made this month the bloodiest since the beginning of this year (2007) in spite of the truce between the resistance factions and Israel.
The number of Palestinian deaths has thus risen to 60 since the beginning of this year and to 4612 since the outbreak of the Aqsa Intifada in late September 2000.
The report issued by the Quds Press indicated that the IOF troops had killed 563 Palestinians since the Palestinian resistance captured the Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit on June 25th last year most of them were killed in the Gaza Strip.
