IOF troops kidnap 24 Palestinians across west Bank resistance retaliates

JENIN (PIC)– Large numbers of IOF troops stormed a number of Palestinian homes across the West Bank at dawn Thursday and arrested 24 Palestinian citizens amidst rainy and extremely cold weather local sources reported.

Hebrew sources quoted IOF spokesman as alleging that the arrested Palestinians were resistance activists and that an IOF patrol came under Palestinian fire near Jenin city north of the West Bank. All the captives were handcuffed and led to an unknown place. 

Local Palestinian sources meanwhile affirmed that the Israeli occupation army fired stun bombs and live and rubber-coated bullets at Palestinian homes in the city and terrorized sleeping children and women.

The sources also revealed that the IOF troops intensified military measures at a number of checkpoints in the West Bank including the Hawwara and Bathan crossing points among other barriers and blocked Palestinian commuters from reaching their workplaces and schools.

In a similar incursion IOF troops mounting six armored vehicles stormed Qalqilia city at dawn Thursday and kidnapped two young men after storming a number of homes.

Meanwhile the AMB the armed wing of the Fatah faction declared that its fighters fired two locally made missiles at the Israeli settlement of Kfar Azza near to the Gaza Strip in retaliation to IOF crimes.
