Tulkarem – IOF troops kidnapped Thursday evening 3 Palestinian young men from the town of Bala’a east of the northern West Bank city of Tulkarem at a flying roadblock setup at the main Nablus – Tulkarem road near Noor Sahames refugee camp.
The IOF troops setup the roadblock and searched cars going through and kidnapped the men when the car they were traveling in was stopped by the soldiers.
Eyewitnesses said that IOF troops who examined identity cards of Palestinian commuters stopped a taxi and ordered the two Palestinian passengers and the driver to get out of the car and subjected them to a thorough search. They also searched the car thoroughly then blindfolded the three men and put them on a military jeep which took them to an unknown destination.
The roadblock was removed after the men were arrested.
Meanwhile IOF troops were reported to have entered the city of Tulkarem and nearby refugee camps of Tulkaren and Noor Shames and clashed with Palestinian youth.
