JENIN (PIC)– The IOF troops kidnapped at dawn Thursday five Palestinian citizens in the West Bank in the context of daily Israeli arrests in lines of the Palestinian people.
The IOF rounded up Bahaa Al-Ziyud an alleged member in Al-Quds Brigades the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Jenin refugee camp the Hebrew radio quoted an IOF spokesman as saying.
He said that the IOF troops came under fire during the raid but no casualties were sustained.
In the same context the spokesman said that the IOF kidnapped two Palestinians at the Kalandia military checkpoint alleging there was a knife in their car. He added that two other Palestinians were arrested in Al-Khalil city.
On the other hand the lawyer of the Mandela Foundation Buthaina Dakmak told the Palestinian prisoner Mustafa Karouch who has been detained for 22 years in the Israeli prisons about the sad news of his wife’s death and offered him condolences on behalf of the Palestinian people.
The lawyer also had the chance to meet other Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli Shatta prison.
