NABLUS (PIC)– At least four Palestinian citizens were kidnapped at dawn Thursday at the hands of the IOF troops during a large-scale incursion they unleashed in Nablus city and the nearby Balata refugee camp.
Local Palestinian sources and eyewitnesses affirmed that large numbers of IOF troops backed by tens of Israeli military vehicles and armored personnel carriers (APCs) were involved in the raid.
Many Palestinian homes were ransacked by the Israeli soldiers who used Palestinian citizens Jaser Abu Saries and his son Ismail as human shields during the house-to-house searches.
The IOF pre-dawn invasion of the city terrorized Palestinian children women and elderly people sleeping in their homes.
In other parts of the West Bank the IOF troops arrested 11 more Palestinian youths alleging they were sympathizing with the Palestinian resistance.
In Salfit city large numbers of IOF soldiers stormed the house of Palestinian citizen Sa’eed Al-Shamlawi 24 and terrorized his children and family before arresting and manhandling him before his wife and screaming children.
Shamlawi was then taken by the soldiers to an unidentified location before releasing him hours later on condition that he reports to the Israeli intelligence office in the Israeli settlement of Kadomim.
Apparently irked by the IOF atrocities on the unarmed Palestinian citizens the Aqsa Martyr Brigades armed wing of Fatah vowed to avenge the killing of three of their comrades at the hands of the IOF troops.
Three AMB members Mazen Hattob 21 Muhannad Mareesh 23 and Ala Al-Ghaleeth 24 were gunned down Tuesday with IOF bullets in Jenin and Nablus cities.
“What had happened in Jenin and Nablus cities was enough to prove to the whole world that Israel wasn’t concerned with truce and that the Israeli occupation government knows nothing but killing Palestinian people and destroying Palestinian homes” said Abu Thaer one of the AMB leaders in a press statement.
He also pledged that his group will retaliate to the IOF hostilities in the Israeli depth very soon.
