GAZA (PIC)– The PA information ministry deplored on Wednesday the failed assassination attempt against Hassan Abu Hashish the ministry’s assistant undersecretary in Gaza after gunmen of the mutiny trend in Fatah shelled his house with an RPG.
Armed men from Bakr family affiliated with Fatah in collaboration with the PA presidential guards had fired an RPG at Abu Hashish’s house which was completely burnt in the blast according to a statement released by the ministry.
The ministry also called upon PA chief Mahmoud Abbas to “bridle his guards who participated in this crime” and “to put an end to such criminal acts which might liquidate the Palestinian scholars and symbols.”
