Several Palestinian protesters choked on tear gas and others were arrested shortly after the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed Qalqilya province at the crack of dawn on Friday.
Reporting from Qalqilya a PIC news correspondent said the occupation soldiers showered Nablus Street in Qalqilya with randomly-shot spates of teargas grenades.
The IOF further kidnapped the Palestinian citizen Basem Kar’an moments after they broke into his family home.
Clashes burst out between the Palestinian anti-occupation youths and the heavily-armed Israeli troops all the way through the assault.
The attack culminated in the abduction of the Palestinian citizen Osama Halawa from his family home in the area.
The occupation troops withdrew from the area after over a couple of hours.
