GAZA (PIC)– Ehab Al-Ghussein the spokesman for the interior ministry in Gaza stated Thursday that the ministry will soon publish the confessions made by the criminals implicated in the attempted assassination of premier Ismail Haneyya as well as other Hamas leaders and officials.
Ghussein said that this step would be taken to make everybody certain that this crime was planned by senior influential leaders in Fatah adding that the confessions include the will of the suicide bomber who would have detonated himself near Haneyya in a mosque in Gaza.
The spokesman explained that the criminals and their accomplices would confess to the attempted assassination without any pressures exerted on them underlining that those criminals would be brought to justice and prosecuted according to the law.
The spokesman pointed out that Egypt was informed about the presence of fugitive Ahmed Dughmush on its lands in addition to other accomplices in this crime and was handed documents and confessions regarding that. The ministry delivered copies of the evidence and confessions to many countries concerned with this issue in order to keep them posted.
