Iran’s Foreign Ministry condemned Israel’s criminal violations in Occupied Jerusalem against the Al-Aqsa Mosque its worshippers and defenders calling on the Islamic states to stand with the Palestinians in defending their land and sacred places.
Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Saeed Khatib Zadeh said in a statement on Sunday that the Islamic Republic strongly condemns Israeli violations at the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the attacks on Palestinians and defenders of the first Muslims’ Qibla.
The Iranian official stressed that Jerusalem will remain the eternal unified capital of Palestine praising the resistance and steadfastness of the Palestinian people and Jerusalem defenders.
“The issue of Jerusalem is the top priority of the Islamic world” the Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman stressed adding that it was an obligation on the free peoples of the world especially the Islamic peoples to defend Jerusalem and to confront the racist Israeli regime.
Khatib Zadeh called on the international organizations to assume their responsibilities and prevent Israel from continuing its attacks against the unarmed Palestinian people.
More than 2626 settlers stormed al-Aqsa courtyards in the form of groups performing Talmudic rituals and flying Israeli flags inside its courtyards under protection of the Israeli police that assaulted the Muslim worshippers and arrested a number of them.
