The Israeli occupation forces have stepped up at daybreak Tuesday abduction sweeps across Tulkarem as they rummaged around for Ashraf Na’luwa who allegedly carried out an anti-occupation stabbing attack.
According to local sources heavily armed Israeli patrols raided Na’luwa neighborhood in Shweika area and come down heavily on the locals.
Young man Amid Sarhan was kidnapped by Israeli soldiers from his family home in the area.
At the same time clashes burst out in Tulkarem’s eastern corners where Israeli troops attacked Palestinian civilians with randomly-discharged barrages of teargas.
Occupation patrols have been deployed around the western entrance to the city.
