Israeli occupation authorities on Monday closed all crossings to the occupied territories from the Gaza Strip and West Bank for legislative elections for the 23rd Knesset.
The closure which started after 12:00 a.m. Monday is set to last for 24 hours pending a “situational assessment” the so-called Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories said.
The closure includes Gaza’s Karam Abu Salem and Beit Hanoun (Erez) crossings and the West Bank’s checkpoints.
As for al-Karama crossing between the West Bank and Jordan it will be open until 12:00 pm on Monday.
