The Israeli occupation authorities at dawn Wednesday demolished a Palestinian home in Ar’ara village near Haifa in the northern area of the 1948 occupied Palestine.
Local sources said that large Israeli forces stormed the village and prevented Palestinian residents from approaching the targeted home until the demolition was over.
Clashes broke out later between the Israeli forces and Palestinian citizens protesting the demolition. A number of Palestinians were injured and three others were arrested.
Ibrahim Marzouk the owner of the demolished home said that he received a demolition notice a few days ago.
He added that over 50 homes and shops in Ar’ara have been threatened with demolition for allegedly being built without license.
