The Israeli occupation army blocked on Wednesday evening Palestinians’ access into al-Walaja village west of Bethlehem.
Local sources said Israeli soldiers closed off the eastern thoroughfare of al-Walaja village without prior notices blocking civilians’ access out of and into the area.
The Israeli military cracks down on Palestinians’ free movement on a daily basis throughout the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem. Dozens of military barriers are routinely set up across and around Palestinian villages in violation of Palestinians’ right to the freedom of mobility.
