Israeli bulldozers at dawn Sunday demolished four Palestinian homes in the Arab city of Tira in the central district of Israel (the 1984 occupied Palestinian lands) at the pretext of unlicensed construction.
According to local sources Israeli police forces stormed the neighborhood where the homes are located in the city cordoned off the area and embarked on carrying out the demolitions.
The razed homes belonged to the family of Khafash.
The demolitions raised the ire of the local residents and drew widespread condemnation against the Israeli government for exploiting the coronavirus crisis to escalate its demolition campaign in Arab areas.
