The Israeli authorities demolished on Thursday morning one Palestinian house in Lod City and two others in Abu Talul village in the Negev desert in 1948 occupied Palestine at the pretext of unlicensed construction.
According to local sources Israeli bulldozers escorted by police forces entered Shanir neighborhood in Lod City and embarked on demolishing a two-story house belonging to Youssef Zabarqa.
The Israeli measure was carried out without prior notice after the owner already obtained a court order freezing a demolition ultimatum issued against his house.
A family of 11 was living in that house which had been built several years ago.
Meanwhile the Israeli authorities also demolished in the morning at least two Palestinian homes belonging to the family of al-Fayoumi in the Negev village of Abu Talul.
In recent months the Israeli authorities carried out many demolitions in Palestinian areas in 1948 occupied Palestine without notifying the owners in advance.
