The Israeli occupation authorities notified the demolition of Palestinian structures funded by European parties in Jabal al-Baba Bedouin community east of Occupied Jerusalem.
Spokesman for Jabal al-Baba community Atallah Muzar’a said Israeli civil administration crews escorted by military troops stormed the area on Monday evening and threatened to knock down six mobile homes donated by the European Union.
Muzar’a said the demolition orders make part of an Israeli scheme of ethnic cleansing—so-called E1 project—carried out in favor of the Maaleh Adumim illegal settlement outpost.
E1 project targeting 12000 dunums of Palestinian land in the West Bank and Jerusalem aims to dismember Palestinian communities across the occupied territories.
