BETHLEHEM (PIC)– A 45-year-old Palestinian was killed on Tuesday morning when an Israeli Egged bus ran over him in a road south of Bethlehem city Hebrew press reports said.
They added that Ibrahim Takatka was walking along that road when he was rammed by the speeding bus. He suffered serious wounds that led to his death a while later.
Meanwhile the Hebrew radio quoted an IOF spokesman as saying that 13 Palestinians were rounded up at dawn Tuesday in various West Bank cities and villages.
He claimed that the arrested were affiliated with the Hamas and Islamic Jihad Movements.
The spokesman said that IOF units in Jenin and Tulkarm came under resistance fire but no casualties or damage was sustained.
