Israeli army carries out demolitions across W. Bank

The Israeli occupation army on Wednesday carried out a large-scale demolition campaign against Palestinian property in different West Bank areas as part of its daily attempts to annex more Palestinian lands for its settlement expansion projects.

In al-Khalil local sources said that the Israeli army bulldozed a Mosque’s foundations a health facility and a water well in Zaatout area east of Yatta.

Israeli forces also stormed Khilat al-Furn and demolished using a bulldozer swaths of land planted with fruitful trees near Birin village in southern al-Khalil. The property belongs to the Ghoneim family

They also bulldozed swaths of land belonging to the family of Abu Hadeed in the nearby area of Khilat Naser Addin.

Last week the Israeli army demolished structures water wells and retaining walls in the same areas of al-Khalil.

Meanwhile the Israeli army demolished a Palestinian house in al-Walaja village northwest of Bethlehem. It belonged to a local resident called Ahmed Abu Atteen.

Israeli forces also stormed Kisan village in the east of Bethlehem and bulldozed a tract of land belonging to the family of Abiyat in order to build a road and carry out an infrastructural project for the settlers living in the illegal outpost of Ibei Hanahal.

In east Jerusalem the Israeli occupation authority demolished a house under construction belonging to Muhand al-Zaghal in Ras al-Amud neighborhood.
