The Israeli occupation army started last night to lay siege to al-Khalil City and allowed hordes of extremist Jewish settlers to intensify their attacks on Palestinian vehicles traveling on roads near settlements.
According to local sources the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) blocked all the entrances of al-Khalil City and its nearby areas following the shooting operation that killed a settler and injured three others one seriously near the illegal settlement of Kiryat Arba.
Meanwhile groups of settlers rallied on roads in different areas of the West Bank including near Qalqas village and the settlements of Beit Hagai and Kiryat Arba and embarked on hurling rocks at Palestinian vehicles.
Last night the IOF shot dead a Palestinian resistance fighter identified as Mohamed al-Jabari immediately after he carried out the shooting operation.
