The Israeli occupation army continues to close the main road near Deir Ibzi village (al-Enab area) which is used daily by some 60000 Palestinian citizens from areas in western Ramallah.
The Israeli closure of this road has forced local residents to travel on rough long routes to reach their destinations.
Local sources said that the Israeli occupation forces have been besieging Palestinian villages and towns in western Ramallah and blocking the Ein Bubin-Deir Ibzi road for eight days.
The IOF recently set up widespread roadblocks and checkpoints in the West Bank following the death of a Jewish settler and the injury of two others in a recent bombing attack in Ramallah.
