An Israeli military court extended on Wednesday the administrative detention of senior Hamas official Sheikh Ali Abul-Rab for an additional three months.
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) had kidnaped Sheikh Abul-Rab from his home in Qabatiya town in Jenin province last April a few months after releasing him from an Israeli jail where he was administratively detained for seven months.
Sheikh Abul-Rab had already served a total of 20 years in Israeli jails. In 1992 an Israeli court sentenced him to 19 years in prison on a charge of his affiliation with the Hamas Movement.
