The Israeli occupation army on Tuesday morning delivered a stop-work order against a retaining wall in Teqoa town east of Bethlehem.
Teqoa mayor Tayseer Abu Mifreh said that a local resident received a stop-work notice ordering him to stop building a retaining wall around his land in Khirbet ad-Deir area in the west of the town at the pretext of unlicensed construction.
In a separate incident another Palestinian citizen on Monday received a stop-work notice ordering him to stop reclaiming his agricultural land in At-Tuwani village in Masafer Yatta south of al-Khalil.
Local official Fuaad al-Amour said that the Israeli army claimed that the land was located in an archeological area adding that Israeli forces also confiscated a bulldozer from the village.
