The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at noontime Wednesday stormed the headquarters of the Palestinian Commission to Resist the Wall and Settlement (governmental) in al-Khalil’s Old City in the southern West Bank.
Head of the anti-settlement commission in the southern West Bank Younes Arar said Israeli soldiers broke into the two-story office and ransacked the building.
Arar strongly condemned the break-in dubbing it the third of its kind since the start of 2017.
The Commission to Resist the Wall and Settlement run by the Palestine Cabinet saw the day by the end of 2003 to keep tabs on Israeli settlement projects and apartheid walls in the occupied West Bank.
