The Israeli occupation army demolished on Monday a Palestinian house in Kafr ad-Dik town west of Salfit in the West Bank at the pretext of unlicensed construction.
Kafr ad-Dik mayor Mohamed Naji said that two bulldozers escorted by a large number of Israeli troops stormed the town and embarked on demolishing the house which belongs to Fawzi Ahmed.
He added that the homeowner was surprised by the demolition measure as he was planning to move into the house within the next few days.
In a separate incident a horde of extremist Jewish settlers working for the regional settlement council in the occupied West Bank stormed on the same day Ras al-Ahmar area in the southeast of Tubas and confiscated two agricultural tractors belonging to local farmers.
