The Israeli occupation army on Saturday notified Palestinian citizens of its intent to appropriate a swath of land belonging to them in Duma village in southern Nablus.
Ghassan Daghlas the official in charge of the settlement file said the Israeli army claimed the seized piece of land (about 803 square meters) would be used to establish a groundwater drilling facility.
A few months ago the Israeli occupation forces stormed the areas of Ein al-Rashash and Gib’eit near Duma town and embarked on demolishing structures belonging to a local resident.
