Israeli prosecution submitted to the Central Court Monday an indictment against a Palestinian resident of Haifa city within the Green Line.
According to the indictment Mohammed Shinawi 21 carried out three separate anti-occupation attacks on January 3 2017. An Israeli man was killed while another was injured during the alleged shooting attacks.
The Shin Bet said that Shinawi allegedly targeted Israelis using a home-made Carl Gustav-style rifle “Carlo.”
Two other Palestinian youths were also charged with being accessory in the incident.
