The Israeli Supreme Court on Thursday evening turned down an appeal to cancel the demolition of the family home of a slain Palestinian anti-occupation activist.
The Israeli Supreme Court upheld an earlier rule to seal off the house of the slain activist Fadi Kunbur claiming that the family knew about the attack before it was carried out by Fadi.
The court dubbed the demolition of the family home “a logical punishment.”
The Israeli court ruled for demolishing Fadi Kunbur’s family home following an anti-occupation car-ramming attack he carried out one month and a half ago which claimed the lives of four Israeli soldiers.
