Israeli court rejects petition against demolition of prisoner’s house

Wednesday 3-February-2021

The Israeli high court of justice has rejected the petition filed against the demolition of a house belonging to the family of Palestinian prisoner Mohamed Qabha in Tura village near Jenin.

According to the Hebrew media the high court okayed the demolition of the upper floor of a house belonging to the family of prisoner Qabha.

Accordingly the other floors of the house will not be demolished or sealed with concrete.

Qabha was kidnaped by Israeli soldiers last December on a charge of killing an Israeli female settler called Esther Horgen in the West Bank. News reports talked about his exposure to excruciating torture at the hands of Israeli interrogators to force him to make confessions.
