Bulldozersof Israeli municipality of Occupied Jerusalem Tuesday demolished two shops inal-Issawiya an East Jerusalem neighborhood at the pretext of lackingconstruction permits.
A memberof the follow up committee in al-Issawiya Mohammad Abu al-Humus said thatmunicipality staff accompanied by Israeli forces and bulldozers stormed theplaza of al-Arbaien Mosque and demolished two shops for selling fast food. One of which has been builtfor ten years.
Israeliforces have been imposing strict restrictions on the neighborhood over the past twoweeks including closing off its main entrances leading to blocked traffic.
