The Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday evening arrested a Palestinian youth after shooting him during clashes in Shu’fat refugee camp in Jerusalem.
According to local sources a Palestinian youth identified as Ali Taha was shot in the legs during clashes near Shu’fat military checkpoint north of Jerusalem.
They said that the Israeli forces dragged Taha on the floor and transferred him to an undeclared destination without offering him any medical help.
Eyewitnesses reported that violent confrontations broke out between Palestinian youths and Israeli forces near Shu’fat refugee camp late on Tuesday.
The Israeli forces fired live ammunition while the Palestinian youths responded by throwing stones and fireworks.
