The Israeli occupation forces on Friday afternoon arrested a Palestinian citizen after shooting him north of the Gaza Strip.
Quds Press quoting local sources said that the Israeli forces opened fire at a Palestinian youth near the border in the northern Gaza Strip town of Beit Lahia.
The youth who suffered bullet wounds was arrested and taken to an undeclared destination.
Israeli media sources claimed that the injured detainee attempted to infiltrate into the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories.
