Two Palestinian citizens were injured on Friday by Israeli gunfire near the border fence south of the Gaza Strip.
Local sources told Quds Press that Israeli forces heavily opened fire at a group of Palestinian citizens east of Khuza’a town in the southern Gaza Strip district of Khan Younis.
Two Palestinians were injured and later transferred to the hospital for treatment.
The Higher National Committee of the Great March of Return and Breaking the Siege cancelled the Great March of Return demonstrations on Friday 9 August to give the Palestinian citizens more time to prepare for Eid al-Adha.
