An Israeli military jeep caught fire on Wednesday evening when a Palestinian young man hurled a Molotov cocktail at it near the northern entrance to Azzun town east of Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank.
Local sources said that a patrol vehicle went on fire during clashes at the northern entrance to Azzun adding that military reinforcements and one ambulance rushed to the area.
In a separate incident a Jewish settler opened fire at a group of Palestinian youths near Azzun town and the bypass known as 55.
