Salem military court on Monday extended the administrative detention of the Palestinian journalist Mohammad Asideh for four months violating promises not to extend his detention.
“The administrative detention of my husband was extended for the fifth time in a row” prisoner Mohammad’s wife Nahil said stressing that he was supposed to be released a few days ago.
Nahil affirmed that her husband spent 18 months in custody during his latest arrest which will be extended to 22 months.
She added that Mohammad was deprived of celebrating the delivery of three of his children who were born nine months ago which negatively affected her psychologically.
Asideh from Tell town in the Nablus district is a father of five. He was arrested more than once and spent ten years in Israeli prisons.
