Israeli army troops rolled into Qalqilya’s eastern town of Azzoun on Tuesday evening allegedly after a settler’s car was hit with a Molotov cocktail.
According to local sources heavily-armed Israeli troops raided Azzoun town and showered the area with spates of bullet fire and teargas canisters.
Clashes have flared up moments after the occupation army stormed the area in the hunt for the alleged attackers.
The Israeli military closed off the metal gate set up at the northern entrance to Azzoun blocking Palestinians’ movement inside and out.
