Israel’s Magistrate’s Court in Nazareth extended the detention of the injured Palestinian detainee Nour al-Deen Shanawi 30 for another seven days.
Lawyer Khaled Muhajna from the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society said prisoner Shanawi has been held in the Israeli Poriya Hospital after he was shot with bullet fire in his leg.
The Israeli occupation authorities ruled that the detainee be banned from meeting his lawyer until June 14.
Shanawi has been accused of carrying out an anti-occupation stabbing attack in Afoula on Tuesday.
