The Israeli occupation police arrested Hanadi Halawani and another young man and summoned others from Occupied Jerusalem on Tuesday.
Local sources reported that Israeli policemen stormed the house of the Jerusalemite teacher Hanadi Halawani in the Wadi Al-Joz neighborhood in Occupied Jerusalem tampered with its contents and took her for investigation at the Al-Maskobiyya investigation center.
In a related context the Israeli police arrested Jerusalemite Yousef Hamdan from his house in Anata town northeast of Occupied Jerusalem.
The police also summoned several other young men from Occupied Jerusalem to be investigated at Al-Qishla center west of Jerusalem.
The police practices against Halawani come two days before the major incursions that settler groups intend to implement against the Aqsa Mosque at the end of the Hebrew year event.
Halawani became famous for her insistence on praying at the Aqsa Mosque even after her forced removal from the Mosque as she did not hesitate to pray at the gates of the Aqsa Mosque in a clear message to the Israeli occupation that such restrictions imposed on her would not dissuade her and her female colleagues from defending the holy Islamic site.
The occupation blacklisted Halawani and her women colleagues and they were subjected to many sanctions and restrictions but they were adamant on their stance in defense of the Aqsa Mosque.
