The Israeli occupation police on Saturday afternoon arrested a Palestinian young man outside the Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem at the pretext that there was a Palestinian flag on his blouse.
According to Wadi Hilweh Information Center Israeli police officers at Bab al-Amud area prevented the young man from entering the Aqsa Mosque and bundled him into a patrol vehicle which took him to the police station of Salahuddin Street in the holy city.
The Center stated that the young detainee came with some friends from the 1948 occupied lands (Israel) to the holy city where they performed the dawn prayers at the Aqsa Mosque and then left but when they tried to enter the holy site again the police barred the young man from going in because he was wearing a blouse carrying a Palestinian flag.
