Israeli police forces on Tuesday evening assaulted a group of Palestinian worshipers at Bab Hitta one of al-Aqsa Mosque’s gates.
A local source said that the Israeli police attacked a number of worshipers who were preparing to attend the evening prayer at al-Aqsa Mosque and arrested two of them.
The Israeli police further tightened restrictions at the site and prevented many Palestinian citizens from entering the Mosque.
