Israeli police in Occupied Jerusalem banned on Wednesday Sheikh Najeh Bekirat head of al-Aqsa Academy for Waqf and Heritage from accessing al-Aqsa Mosque in the holy city for 6 months for the 16th time claiming that he constitutes a threat to the state’s security .
Sheikh Bekirat told Quds Press that he was summoned by the Israeli police on Wednesday to be questioned at al-Qashale investigation center west of the city where he was handed the ban of entry order.
