The Israeli police launched on Wednesday a bulldozing campaign in several areas of Occupied Jerusalem.
Jerusalemite sources reported that the occupation police escorted bulldozers that stormed various areas in Jerusalem and began razing lands and property.
The sources pointed out that the Israeli police razed shops and car parks near Qalandia checkpoint north of the city.
Other Israeli bulldozers carried out razing operations in the Abu Shaheed roundabout near the town of al-Ram.
The occupation police demolished a stable for horses and the fence which surrounds at-Tur town.
On Tuesday evening the Israeli police raided the Bir Ayoub neighborhood in Silwan town after Palestinian youths managed to burn several Israeli cameras.
Local sources reported that the occupation police set up a military checkpoint in Wadi Hilweh neighborhood in Silwan.
The young Palestinians target the Israeli-installed surveillance cameras due to the danger they pose mainly monitoring the residents of the neighborhood especially during the clashes that the town witnesses every now and then.
