The Israeli police expelled on Wednesday the Palestinian citizen Amal al-Jijini from her house in which she lives with her daughter and her three children in Haifa in the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories said local sources.
About 50 policemen surrounded Jijini’s house based on a court order forced the family to evacuate the house immediately threw all of their belongings outside and did not give them a chance to manage their affairs.
Jijini said that the house was given to her by a Nazareth resident a long time ago and when the owner of the house died a year ago a real estate agent claimed that the house belongs to him and ordered the family to evacuate it immediately.
She affirmed that the agent forged a sale contract that has been in place for a couple of months submitted it to the court without the family’s knowledge and thus obtained an eviction order. She added that the owner of the house died more than a year ago making it impossible to make such a sale.
