The Israeli occupation police on Saturday suppressed Palestinian citizens participating in a sit-in staged in Jerusalem in solidarity with hunger-striking prisoners in Israeli jails.
According to WAFA news agency Israeli police forces violently attacked the participants in the sit-in which was organized in Salahuddin street of Jerusalem.
Police officers also rounded up journalist Ahmed al-Safadi director of Elia Youth Media Institution during his participation in the sit-in.
