Israeli police storm Al-Bustan neighborhood demolish shop

The Israeli police stormed on Tuesday morning Silwan town in Occupied Jerusalem in preparation for the demolition of houses in the Al-Bustan neighborhood after the self-demolition period for the owners of 13 houses expired.

Local sources reported that more than 40 military vehicles and a bulldozer of the occupation municipality in Jerusalem raided the Al-Bustan neighborhood and imposed a siege on the neighborhood.

Jerusalemite sources said that the Israeli police escorted bulldozers and started razing a commercial store for the citizen Nidal Al-Rajabi.

Meanwhile the occupation forces suppressed the residents of Silwan brutally assaulted them fired sound bombs tear gas canisters and rubber bullets and prevented the civilians and journalists from reaching the place where the shop was demolished.

The Red Crescent in Jerusalem stated that four citizens were injured during the occupation’s suppression of the residents of Silwan three of whom were wounded by tear gas canisters while one with rubber bullets and was taken to hospital.
