Violent clashes broke out last night between the Israeli occupation police and Jerusalemite young men in some neighborhoods of Issawiya district east of the holy city.
Local sources reported that police forces stormed Issawiya stationed themselves in Obeid neighborhood brutalized a number of local residents closed roads and embarked on firing stun grenades.
Soon later the police forces’ provocative practices developed into clashes with local youths.
The sources said that dozens of police forces spread through the neighborhoods of Issawiya describing the clashes with them as the most violent since weeks.
